🤲 I’ve always said, “What the mind imagines, the brain can achieve and create.”
The Law of Attraction truly works — and sometimes it leads you straight into the most unexpected opportunities, like a interview on Hilaaal TV.

When the invitation arrived, my first reaction wasn’t excitement, it was nerves. I’m not a “limelight” person. I prefer being behind the scenes, helping others heal quietly and deeply. But I also knew this interview wasn’t about me, it was about giving a voice to those silently struggling with mental health challenges in the workplace and beyond.

🌤️From Vision to Reality

As the founder of Wellness Within Therapy, I’ve spent years combining therapy, life coaching, and practical tools to help people reclaim their inner peace. Through my blogs and community work, doors began to open — one of them being a personal invitation to appear on live television.

Walking into the studio, I was met by bright cameras, powerful lights, and the hum of production, and yes, my heart was racing! But the warmth of my host, Julie, put me at ease. She was friendly, kind, and professional, clearly at home under the lights that made me feel like I was melting.

🌼Despite my nerves, something beautiful happened: the moment we started talking about mental health, I forgot the cameras. The conversation simply flowed.

Breaking the Silence on Mental Health at Work

Julie and I explored topics I hold close to my heart, toxic bosses, relationships, difficult co-workers, unfair labour practices, that deeply impact employees’ emotional wellbeing.

We also discussed the stigma surrounding men’s mental health, and how many men still see therapy as a weakness rather than a tool for strength. My goal has always been to normalize therapy, to remind people that healing is not a sign of weakness, but of courage.

Those 48 minutes felt like 5. The questions flowed, the dialogue was real, and I realized that this was more than an interview, it was an opportunity to educate, uplift, and empower.

☀️The Law of Attraction in Action

Looking back, I see how everything aligned perfectly. The Law of Attraction is not magic, it’s mindset. When we focus on what we want with positivity, faith, and action, we naturally attract opportunities that match that energy.

🕯️Whether positive or negative, we attract what we project.
Our thoughts become our vibration — and the universe listens.

🌈Gratitude and Growth

💞Being on Hilaal TV reminded me that stepping outside our comfort zone is where growth truly happens. I did this not for fame, but for awareness, to remind every person out there that mental health matters, and that help is always within reach.

I’m deeply grateful to Hilaal TV and to Julie for creating a space where meaningful conversations could unfold and to everyone who continues to support Wellness Within Therapy in its mission to make mental wellness accessible to all.

“The Mind’s Weather” ☀️🌧️
Some days are sunlit—
🌞 soft as petals on skin,
🕊️ thoughts like birds in open sky,
🌼 hope humming beneath the din.
We laugh without reason,
💃 we dance without fear,
🌷 the world feels like a garden
🔔 and every voice is clear.
But some days are thunder—
🌩️ heavy, aching, loud,
🌫️ a fog that wraps the morning
🚪 and won’t let spirits out.
The mind becomes a maze,
🌀 each thought a crooked stair,
🤲 we reach for light with trembling hands
🕯️ and find no comfort there.
Yet even in the storm,
🌧️ there’s truth we come to know:
🌱 that healing isn’t perfect,
⏳ and growth is often slow.
That strength is not in silence,
🗣️ but in the cry for grace,
🧭 in naming what feels broken
🧠 and still showing up with face.
So let us hold both seasons—
🌤️ the calm and the unrest,
💞 for mental health is weather,
🌈 and every cloud can bless.

    1. You’re absolutely right—many of our decisions are shaped by early conditioning. As we grow, our inner compass begins to speak more clearly. When we act out of alignment, it often feels heavy or uncomfortable. But when we choose what’s right, kind, or true, there’s a quiet joy that rises from within.
That feeling is your deeper self nudging you toward growth. The more we pause, feel, and connect with that inner wisdom, the more intentional our choices become. Healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about awareness, and you’ve already taken a beautiful step.
      With warmth,
      Wellness Within Therapy
