 ❌ Instant results or constant advice.  

  Therapy isn’t a motivational pep talk or a how-to session. Growth takes time, trust, and co-creation.

What Therapy Is:

 ✅ A relationship built on safety and trust.  

  Healing happens when you feel seen and heard, not hurried or judged.

 ✅ A place where your voice takes center stage.  

  Whether silent or tearful, messy or strong, your words matter. And so does the silence between them.

 ✅ A way of remembering who you are.  

  Therapy helps you reconnect with your wisdom, your boundaries, and your resilience.

 ✅ A gentle confrontation of patterns.  

  Not to shame you, but to help you understand your story, and decide how it unfolds
